Benefits available for hourly employees:
While a client is in the vehicle, managers and staff will be reimbursed 40 cents per mile driven.
Once employees have met the requirements, they will be eligible to enroll in our 401K program during the enrollment period immediately following eligibility. Employees can contribute to their 401K directly from their paychecks. In addition, Legacies will make a 3% safe harbor contribution.
Employees who work an average of at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in the Legacies medical/vision insurance plan, with a percentage of the premium paid by Legacies. Our insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Additional benefits available for salaried managers
Legacies recognizes seven days during the year as paid holidays for salaried managers.
Paid time off
Paid time off may be accrued by salaried managers at Legacies LLC. Salaried managers begin accruing PTO from the time of hire, at the rate of 4 hours per month for their first year, which is 6 days per year. Managers accrue PTO at a progressively increased rate thereafter. The maximum amount a person can accrue is 20 days.
Paid Parental Leave
Legacies, LLC will provide up to four weeks of paid parental leave for eligible salaried managers following the birth or adoption of the manager’s child.
Long Term Disability Income Insurance
All salaried managers are covered by Legacies’ group Long Term Disability Income Insurance Plan following the eligibility waiting period.
Cell Phone Reimbursement
Managers are reimbursed $40 per month, ($20 per paycheck), for expenses related to the use of their personal cell phones.
Managers will be paid a $50 bonus for every on-call weekend worked; typically one on-call weekend per month.
