Our Designated Coordinators work closely with families and County Case Managers to develop outcomes/goals, design measurable programs, develop routine plans, and train and support our Direct Support Professionals. Legacies, LLC provides services to individuals with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities working on individualized home supports. We help individuals in the areas of behavior modification, homework, hygiene, chores, appropriate social interaction, and community safety among many other areas that encourage accountability, independence, and safety.
Our Field Designated Coordinators spend around 35 hours in the field and 5 hours of office time.

Designated Coordinator/Community Based Residential Supervisor
Our DC/CBRS positions are a blended role, overseeing a mixture of residential homes and a small caseload of IHS individuals. They work closely with the persons-served and alongside their extended team members to ensure the needs and goals of each person are met. They create programs, outcomes, and train/support our DSPs in addition to managing the administration of medication and MARs, appointments, daily routines, and general house maintenance in the homes they supervise.
