Our Designated Coordinators work closely with families and County Case Managers to develop outcomes/goals, design measurable programs, develop routine plans, and train and support our Direct Support Professionals. Legacies, LLC provides services to individuals with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities working on independent living skills. We help individuals in the areas of behavior modification, homework, hygiene, chores, appropriate social interaction, and community safety among many other areas that encourage accountability, independence, and safety.
Our Field Designated Coordinators spend around 35 hours in the field and 5 hours of office time.
