My Job Duties
That’s a really good question…everything. And if I can’t do it, I delegate it, which I do quite often. I lend my experience and passions to each area of our company. I research new ideas and network with other leaders.
I passed 4th grade.
Also, I graduated with a 4-year social services degree from Concordia College in St. Paul. I began working in this field in 1989 (not the Taylor Swift cd). I started my first company in 2002 and Legacies in 2010.
I also talked my wife into working with me; she’s brilliant. Probably my best move.
I also write professional bios for my wife.
Grace and Culture are huge to me. Life is a journey of imperfections and fixins, not perfections. I have certainly received more than my share of grace through my lifetime and I like to give people that same grace, with counsel.
I believe that when people enjoy where they work then the work they do is enjoyable. Ensuring that we are the best company that we can be by understanding and serving others while supporting each other is a top mission of mine.
Outside of Work
Super husband. Super dad. I regularly school my children in foosball, and sometimes they get lucky. I love spending time with my family, especially my best friend, Shannon. I love the Lord and my relationship with Him.
As the father of 6 children, I enjoy all of the challenges and fun times that raising them bring. We teach Sunday School and coach sports that our children are in to give back.
I wish that I could make people laugh. That would be awesome. If I could make people laugh while flying, that would be even better.
