My Job Duties
As the Scheduling Coordinator, I create the schedules for four of our Group Homes, schedule all of our ILS clients, manage day to day scheduling tasks (Staff calling in, a sick client, ect.), and cover shifts. I also communicate with our clients and their parents/guardians on a regular basis. I assist with payroll and timecards as needed, coordinate with DC’s on how to best serve their clients as it relates to staff and their schedules, and I manage our staff’s schedules and assist with all changes
Outside of Legacies I have spent a lot of time volunteering. I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters for about 4 years where I was matched with a little. I was lucky enough to have the same little throughout my entire time with the organization. I also volunteered with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for about 2 years. CASA supports kids that are going through the court system until they are placed in a safe, healthy, and permanent home.
I love the work we do as a company. We do our best to help others build the best life possible for themselves and their future. I truly love being able to make an impact and doing work that I feel passionate about. Although I don’t work directly with our clients often, I know the work that I do has an impact on our managers, staff, and even the individuals we serve. I feel blessed to have a career that isn’t just a job but has so much more meaning.
Outside of Work
I live in North St. Paul with my Fiancé and our two year old daughter. We enjoy going on mini adventures on the weekend and visiting family around the Twin Cities. I love reading, going for walks around our neighborhood, and traveling to new places.
My co-workers call me the Ninja because of how fast I can solve certain problems.
