Serving Winona County for a Decade

Legacies serves adults and children with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities in Winona County.

Our Philosophy

We believe that all people want to be happy and successful.

We believe that all people, when provided with the proper tools and supports, can achieve happiness and success.

We believe that we are here for a greater purpose than ourselves. We have been given an opportunity to help others. We take this responsibility seriously while having fun.

Working at Legacies has taught me to become more person centered, confident, and compassionate. The work we do whether it is sitting with your client and watching them fish or active listening when they are upset; big or small, it truly makes a difference in their lives. Being a friendly face and reliable for your clients is sometimes all they need to turn their day around. The skills I have learned at Legacies like documentation, redirection, and so much more, I will take with me in my future social work careers.

Elizabeth Caucutt

It’s amazing to be a part of a community and workforce that uplifts you in your individual work. The job itself can have its challenges, but is also very rewarding at the end of the day.

Anna Kvasova

I am currently lead staff at one of Legacies’ group homes.  It’s so refreshing to work in a supportive environment not only for clients, but for staff as well.  Working here is a truly rewarding experience, knowing you’re helping clients reach their goals.

Meet the Owners

Todd and Shannon Natzke are the owners of Legacies LLC. We have served in this field since 1989 and receive great satisfaction in seeing well-supported and trained staff be able to help families that really benefit from their efforts. The three keys we look for in our staff are effort, attitude and aptitude. There is nothing greater than seeing people’s lives improved, and knowing that we are part of their story! Shannon is our Director of Services and provides support and direction to all of our teams, including scheduling.
